We are thrilled to announce our first-ever Mission Samburu Seminar kicking off in 2025! Inspired by the many impactful seminars our team host in Kenya, we are excited to bring this experience to Australia. Each year, this event will rotate locations, starting at Hinton Baptist Church. The event will take place on Saturday, 1st March from 10am – 5pm and will include multiple sessions throughout the day, including:
- Mick reporting on the latest from Samburu Kenya, what we have achieved this past year and what’s next to be done
- A Bible talk on God’s Mission
- A Q&A session
- An update on our Australian Operations
- Praise & Worship
- Food & Fellowship
This FREE event is generously hosted by the church community at the beautiful and historic Hinton Baptist Church. While there will be opportunities to give on the day, attendance is completely free. Accommodation options in the area are affordable, and we can provide a list of choices. As space is limited, we kindly ask that you RSVP. Even though the event is free, it’s important to let us know if you’re attending so we can ensure there’s enough food for everyone. Workshop details and times will be published soon, and formal RSVPs, including dietary preferences, will open once the workshops are finalised early next week. You’ll be able to register for individual workshops that interest you, but we encourage you to clear your calendar for the entire day – the full event will be truly worthwhile.
We know many of you may not be able to travel, so we’re hoping to offer streaming options for those who wish to participate online. If this is something you would be interested in, please reach out to us at contact@missionsamburu.org
If you’re interested in attending please register your expression of interest here: https://mission–samburu.
We’re looking forward to this special day of connection and fellowship!
